To Whom It May Concern:
As one of many satisfied house owners on the island of Saint Lucia, I can vouch for the quality of workmanship being delivered by Brice & company Limited. For when I eventually decided to recover the roof of my residence at Morne Beausejour, Vieux-Fort with a metal roofing, Brice & Company lived up to my expectation on completion of the job.
I must point out at this junction that when I constructed the house in 1991 I chose to use shingles instead of metal.
I must be noted, too, that after the Managing Director of Brice & Company, Eaton
Jn Baptiste and I had finally decided on the cost of the roofing project, his work crew was soon mobilized to commence work. The exercise lasted all of three working days and might even have been shorter hadn’t it been for persistent rains.
Thankfully, my roof is now beautifully covered with a Colonial red, standing seam metal that is complemented by a custom-made guttering system which, if needs be, can supplement my water supply.
Against that background, therefore, I am pleased to recommend Brice & Company to potential customers – where ever they may be – as well as property owners who are desirous of making a change like myself.
